Annie Macaulay Idibia, the legally married wife of sensational hip hop star 2Face Idibia, says the intimate kiss of her husband with his baby mama, Pero Adeniyi, poses no threat to her marriage.

Annie was speaking in response to pictures of 2Face sharing intimate moments with Pero, the mother of three of his seven children, which went viral on the Internet.

Some fans of the multi-award winning artiste had dismissed the pictures, saying they were probably taken when 2Face had not tied the knot with Annie.

But 2face was spotted with his wedding ring in the said photos.

Annie has now issued a statement describing her husband’s action as “momentary indiscretion”.

“I am aware of the photos circulating the Internet with my husband and Pero Adeniyi; I want to state officially that I was not in that space at that time and therefore there was no confrontation between myself and Pero Adeniyi,” she said.

“Pero Adeniyi and this momentary indiscretion poses no threat whatsoever to my relationship with my husband.”

She went to solicit for a cordial relationship between her family and the baby mamas for the sake of their children.

“As a matter of fact, for all of our children’s’ sake, I do encourage cordial relationships with parties involved,” she said.

“This year, my focus is solely on God, family and my career, which doesn’t give me the luxury of paying attention to any distractions.

“I thank you for your respect in this matter.”

On his part, 2 Face reacted, saying mischief makers were only trying to pry into his privacy.

“Our love does not have to make sense to you, please go on with your perfect life and know the true story behind something before you judge and start making nasty comments based on an orchestrated story by some blog,” he said via Instagram.

“You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.”
