Chibok schoolgirls were kidnapped to present Jonathan as incompetent, says Okupe

Chibok schoolgirls were kidnapped to present Jonathan as incompetent, says Okupe

Doyin Okupe, the senior special assistant to the president on public affairs, says one of the reasons more than 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped in Chibok, Borno state, last year was to present the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan as incompetent.

In a message posted on his personal Facebook and Twitter timelines on Saturday, Okupe also alleged that the#BringBackOurGirls group was formed in order to “sustain and internationalise” the agenda of incompetency against the outgoing administration.

“One of the reasons the Chibok girls were kidnapped was to present Jonathan’s administration as incompetent and hold it to ransom against 2015 elections,” he said.

“One of the reasons the BBOG was formed was to sustain and internationalise the embarrassment.

“One of the reasons President Jonathan lost the election was a national and international conspiracy predicated on this carefully choreographed and assiduously sustained perception.

“One of the issues that will be in the handover notes will be the missing girls.

“What is reasonable and expedient for well meaning men and women of good conscience is to dialogue with the incoming administration on what best new approach to employ to find and rescue the chibok girls.

“Not much can be achieved, except mischief, by continuing to flog this administration on this matter. I REST MY CASE.”

The girls in question were abducted on April 14, 2014, and the failure of the federal government too rescue them has been one of the talking points of the Jonathan administration.

Okupe is now yesterday’s man. That must hurt a lot having lost his relevance even though he’s made a lot of money.

Your comment..Dr Okupe Nigerians are not ready for any truth about what truly happened to those girls. The governor of Borno state should be probed he knows more than he is willing to let the world know. Politics could be quite dirty especially for my northern brothers. Ask the principal of the school why was her daughter absent at school on that fateful day? Why did the governor refused relocating them as directed by the Federal ministry of education and also failed to provide enough security to the school? Find out where was the security men on duty that day. We all have been fed fat fart lies by APC apologists so that they can ride to power and we surprisingly allowed ourselves to be hoodwinked. Well there is God o!

And Jonathan is powerless to probe the governor of Borno and that school principal? #BBOG was not to embarrass the Jonathan government globally, it was a plea for help by those that supported the kidnapped girls.

Dr. Okupe, if Jonathan Administration knew and understood this grand plan, what did they do with these exposure? you guys just sat back doing nothing but ensured to play along by approving large budget for weapons believing that is grand plan will go away (playing Russian Roulette with the lives of these girls. maybe that was why the President never visited the parents/town nor took the cries serious. KFO is your “conspiracy theory” is true what did the Jonathan Administration do? you asked very elementary questions that could have solved this puzzle but same was indeed too simple for an incompetent administration not to uncover. Nigerian lets pray it is not too late for these lives.
