In Abia State, APGA should be in overwhelming lead but government thugs are manipulating results. INEC is working with them to bypass collation centres and move to Local Government Headquarters where results are being or will be falsified. Right now in Umuaku, Isuochi, Umunneochi Local Government Area, thugs working for the Transition Chairman have broken INEC vehicles with a view to snatching the ballot boxes. APGA won the ballots in the registration area polling more than 80% of the votes cast.

Why is Akwa Ibom not monitored too. Is it not part of Akwa Ibom? I understand know why the election observers concentrate in Lagos, Abuja and few other states while Akpabio is allowed to turn the state into a battlefield.
