The NDLEA also said the hotel is allegedly operating without “requisite approvals”, adding that Buba Marwa, NDLEA chairman, has directed the FCT command to work with the agency’s directorate of assets and financial investigations “to ensure the property is forfeited to the federal government to serve as deterrence to others who allow their premises to be used for drug dealing”.
