2baba, M.I release ‘Babylon’… 5 years after first collaboration
Innocent Idibia and Jude Ibaga, better known to fans as 2face and M.I Abaga, on Friday released a collaborative single.
The joint effort, Babylon is released five years after Nobody, a prior collaboration by the duo.
The artwork for the track was released on social media few days ago and it created immense buzz among fans who had anticipated the release of the song.
Babylon, which is already available for purchase on iTunes, was written by both artistes and produced by M.I Abaga.
The pair, who are respected artistes, say the track is a harbinger of more projects to come.
A veteran, 2face has been an ever present figure in the music industry since the days of Platashun Boiz, a group he founded with Blackface and Faze in the 90s.
M.I Abaga is renowned for making rap/hip hop a commercial genre in Nigeria. He has 3 albums to his credit.
