The Ogun state government on Monday closed down six health facilities in Ifo local government area.
The health facilities were said to have been operating with fake documents, quack doctors, and nurses.
Babatunde Ipaye, the commissioner of health, announced this while monitoring the level of compliance with the re-validation/registration of private health facilities in Akute.
Ipaye said the affected facilities were Accurate Diagnostic Centre, The Mantle Clinic and Maternity Home, Bliss Medical Centre, Fibiani Medical Centre and Christian Maternity Home.
