Sunday Oliseh has only been “driving” for 540 minutes but has been involved in two major “accidents”.

After a barren spell in front of goal, no one really frowned at Oliseh for obeying

But then, the road to

Granted, there will be
On the way in form of
Not forgetting some

And another who signs cheque
So, here are road signs that are still ahead which the Super Eagles “driver” must be wary off because there are
NO U-TURN
A U-turn in driving refers to performing 180-degree rotation to reverse the direction of travel. With the journey just gathering momentum, Oliseh doesn’t have the luxury of this road sign. He must stay focus, drive with care and observe
MEN AT WORK
Caution! Men at work! This sign alerts oncoming cars (Super Eagles opponents), pedestrians (fans), and protect workers (players) and drivers (Oliseh and his coaching crew) near a worksite (the brand Super Eagles). This construction message reminds everyone to drive carefully. Everyone involved in the rebuilding of a new Super Eagles especially Oliseh.
ZEBRA CROSSING
The Zebra Crossing is a place on a road, especially one where there is a lot of traffic (160 million Nigerians), across which wide, black and white lines are painted, and at which vehicles (Oliseh) must stop to allow people (seasoned or arm-chair critic) to walk across the road (air their views).
FRAIL PEDESTRIANS LIKELY TO CROSS
But unlike the views from those using the Zebra Crossing which could be ignored by Oliseh those from frail pedestrians aka retired coaches as well as those still in the game should be taken seriously. Though, it is only left for the former midfielder to digest or spit out what has been offered.
SPEED LIMIT
Several roads have its speed limit and this apply to coaching the game too. All match situations are not the same. You could be chasing the game or cruising to an easy win and this informs the speed limit that is required. The speed limit also determines your substitutions, tactics, or time-wasting devices to be deployed.
ONE-WAY
A one-way street is a street either facilitating only one-way traffic – traffic that moves in a single direction – or designed to direct vehicles to move in one direction. The advantage is that one-way streets result in higher traffic flow as drivers don’t have to deal with oncoming traffic nor turns through oncoming traffic. However, residents may dislike one-way streets due to the circuitous route required to get to a specific destination and the potential for higher speeds affecting pedestrian safety.
The short of this traffic sign is this: Oliseh should have the residents, sorry, fans in mind before using this unimaginative sign, sorry, tactics.
NO OVERTAKING
It is often at the discretion of the driver on whether he should overtake or not and depends on the vehicle being driven and the particular road. Overtaking can be a dangerous manoeuvre and should only be performed (with the backing of the presidency) if absolutely necessary. Many drivers (coaches) each year unnecessarily overtake other vehicles (NFF officials), resulting in an accident (sack).
