PHOTOS: Nike unveils Super Eagles new jerseys
Nike, the sportswear giant, has unveiled the new Nigerian national team jerseys ahead of their respective competitions in the 2022/23 football season.
The new kits were shared on the Super Eagles Twitter page on Thursday.
The home jersey is inspired by the traditional Adire style with national colours of green and white elaborately designed in wavy and dotted patterns.
The away kit borrows from the old national team jerseys, with the arms brilliantly designed with black patterns while the torso remains white.
The Eagles will don the new kit for the remainder of the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers billed to resume in March next year.
It is also understood that the Super Falcons will also wear the kits at the 2023 FIFA women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 through August 20.
