The return of Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to the country after 12 days abroad dominated the cover pages of Nigerian newspapers.

The Punch says aggrieved governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have informed the party’s board of trustees of the conditions for peace. The newspaper reports that the federal government has attributed the petrol scarcity in Abuja to the flood in Kogi state.
