The fight against polio in Adamawa state has recorded huge success, according to Mohammed Abubakar, an official of the ministry of health in the state.

Speaking at a programme on Tuesday, Abubakar said there is a high level of compliance across the 21 local government areas (LGAs) of the state compared to previous immunization exercise in the state.

The immunization is for children under five years.

He said the high level of compliance is as a result of a proactive advocacy campaign against polio.
