Adeniyi Ademola, justice of the federal high court, Abuja, has resumed sitting.
Ademola, who was suspended following allegations of corruption levelled against him by the federal government, resumed sitting on Wednesday.
On October 8, Department of State Services (DSS) raided the residence of the judge and those of six other judges.
The DSS said its action was informed by allegations of corruption against the judges.
Weeks after the raid, the National Judicial Council (NJC) suspended Ademola and seven other judges pending the determination of their cases by the court.
But the government only took three of the judges, including Ademola to court.
After an accelerated trial, an Abuja high court discharged an acquitted the judge of all charges of corruption and illegal possession of firearms.
On Saturday, the NJC recalled Ademola and five other judges. And on Wednesday, the judge resumed duties.
Ademola treated seven cases on the cause list, including one between one Undie Pius and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He is the first judge to grant Sambo Dasuki, former national security adviser (NSA), bail. He is also the judge who ordered the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
