According to NAN, Sunusi Bature, media aide to Abba Yusuf, governor of Kano, announced the appointment in a statement on Friday.

Bature said the decision followed the expiration of the previous management board’s one-year tenure.

However, most members of the former board were reappointed. Bature said the board proposed Musa for the role of the club’s general manager.
