Lucky Aiyedatiwa
Lucky Aiyedatiwa, governor of Ondo state, has submitted a list of 12 nominees for commissioner positions to the Ondo state house of assembly.
The governor’s request was outlined in a letter addressed to Olamide Oladiji, the speaker of the house, on Thursday.
In the letter, Aiyedatiwa invoked section 192 (1&2) of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), to forward the names of the nominees for consideration and confirmation by the assembly.
The nominees are Igbekele Ajibefun, Aycrinde Olawoye, Ayodele Akande, Alabi Johnson, Amidu Takuro, Adewale Akinlosotu and Idowu Ajanaku.

Others are Oluwaseun Osamaye, Tob Loko, Olaolu Akindolire, Sunday Olajide and Omoyofunmi Henry.
The governor expressed his gratitude to the assembly, urging them to act swiftly on the nominations in the interest of the state.
The letter was signed by Ebenezer Adeniyan, chief press secretary to the governor.
