Arsenal have agreed to pay £6.8m to Belgian side, Eupen, for the signing of Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru.
The 19-year-old who is currently on international duty with the Super Eagles in Paris is yet to agree on personal terms, according to Skysports.
Onyekuru made his international debut for Nigeria against Corsica on Friday.
He was the joint top scorer in Belgium last year with 20 goals and Celtic had a bid for him turned down in January.
Onyekuru has already turned down moves to stay in the Belgian league, with either Brugge or Anderlecht.
The striker has been watched by Everton, Southampton, Crystal Palace, West Brom and West Ham.
Onyekuru made his debut for Eupen in 2015 as a 17-year-old and helped the club achieve promotion to the Belgian top flight in his debut season.
