Atiku’s daughter to be named commissioner in Adamawa

Fatima Atiku, daughter of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, was included in the 22-man list that Bindow Jibrilla, governor of Adamawa state, sent to the state house of assembly for screening.

Two of Atiku’s associates – Ibrahim Mijinyawa Umar Daware – also made the list.

Ahmad Sajoh, director of press and public affairs to Murtala Nyako, former governor of the state, was also nominated.

The list also has two former commissioners in Nyako’s cabinet.

The assembly screened all the nominees on Thursday.
