YouNow is created for the everyday individual who seeks to gain a deeper understanding of Self in order to achieve their highest potential, while staying true to their essence. These write-ups are designed to help you become more conscious and deliberate in your interactions and day-to-day living.

Authenticity, Individuality, Belief, they all sound to me like one word.

Really? Yes they do. Here’s the reason:

The difference between you and I is what we believe. What we live by. This governs our attitudes, our idiosyncrasies, and our eccentricity.

The mind is shaped by many things. Environment (Physical or otherwise), Education, Culture, (whether it’s popular or unpopular), Ideals, Values, (what you perceive or consider as important) etc.

Can you readily identify what those are?

How does that currently affect your choices and decisions?

I believe that the human mind is able to create from nothingness. I believe that motive should determine judgment, I also believe that freedom of choice is one of the most misunderstood and misused phrases. I believe many things.

Now that’s me. What do you believe?

How can you believe in what you don’t even know?

You are able to choose because you can identify which option resonates best with you, that which validates or contradicts your personal values. In the same vein, you are not able to make informed choices because you do not truly know who you are.

Self-discovery is the prerequisite for being a true Leader. Leadership is about service. It is about Value; you being able to deliver value to your environment, your community or your sphere of influence.

You cannot do this if you don’t know who you are and what gifts are within you to deliver. What is important to you? What do you believe?

It makes up who you are. Find it. Find them.

Reach for your truth. That is authenticity. Reach for it.

Remember, Freedom is Peace, Optimism is Nature. Action is always within reach
