Beulah Adeoye, president of the Beulah Adeoye Foundation, has joined millions of believers in marking this year’s Maulud Nabbiy.
In a statement on Friday to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Adeoye, a lawyer, described the special occasion as not only a reminder of the blessed arrival of the Prophet but also an opportunity to reflect on the values he embodied — compassion, justice, humility, and service to humanity.
He urged the Muslim Ummah to emulate the life of Prophet Muhammad, who he said dedicated his mission to guiding mankind towards righteousness, peace, and equity. According to him, the Prophet’s teachings transcend generations, offering a moral compass for building societies anchored on love, fairness, and collective responsibility.
Adeoye said the essence of Maulud Nabbiy aligns with the vision of the Beulah Adeoye Foundation, which is committed to service, empowerment, and compassion for the less privileged across the five geo-political zones in Oyo state. He also called on indigenes of the state to prioritise building a society where dignity and human rights are upheld.
