Bhojsons Powerhub, a power solution company, has launched its 1,000kva Kirloskar green power generators with complete remote monitoring controls.

The company, a subsidiary of the Bhojsons Group, unveiled the Kirloskar remote management system (KRM), during the latest Power Nigeria Exhibition held in Lagos from September 24 to 26.

The energy firm said the new technology was introduced to meet the growing demand for higher capacity generators.

Rajneesh Gupta, Bhojsons’s business unit head, said the Kirloskar remote management system avails users the opportunity to monitor their generators effectively.

He noted that the system would enable large corporations with a large number of generating sets in different locations to monitor usage and performance of their generators in one control room to ensure efficiency, reduce costs and maximize productivity.

“With the KRM, the end-user can now monitor all their Kirloskar Green Gens operating across the country through one single room,” Gupta said.

Vishant Dalamal, the company’s managing director, said the new range of generators with the KRM has complete monitoring panel that is designed to enable customers to view all critical indicators on laptop screens or mobile phones.

“Your generator will be used most efficiently as its health meter will always be at the fingertips, making it possible to monitor its health and guarantee a better return on investment and maximum productivity,” he said.

Balaji Thiruvenkatam, the product head, added that the KRM would provide real-time data of several critical parameters of the generator that include fuel level, engine oil pressure, battery monitoring, engine speed, generator run hours, voltage usage and routine maintenance.

“The technology gives the necessary signal to end-users particularly when there is low fuel level, low lubricating oil pressure, fuel theft, engine speed, high engine temperature and low/high battery voltage,” he said.

“It also sends real-time alerts to your maintenance team as well as our Bhojsons care team, if configured, to address the issues before they become critical.”
