Bisi Kazeem, FRSC spokesperson, appointed as deputy corps marshal

The presidency has approved the appointment of Bisi Kazeem, spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), as the deputy corps marshal representing the south-west.

George Akume, secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), approved the appointment of Kazeem on behalf of the federal government.

In a statement on Friday, Charles Edem, FRSC deputy spokesperson, said Dauda Biu, the agency corps marshal, expressed delight over the transparency and objectivity that heralded the process of Kazeem’s appointment.

Biu urged Kazeem to show “more commitment and rededicate himself to achieving the corporate mission of the corps”.

The corps marshal added that the appointment is part of the agency’s “drive towards rewarding excellence, diligence and hard work”.

Kazeem is the current head of the corps public education office.

He holds an MSc in transport studies from the then Ogun State University (1996) and M.A in peace and security studies from the University of Ilorin.
