Victor Boniface is set to land in Italy ahead of his potential loan move to AC Milan from Bayer Leverkusen.
According to Sky Italia, Milan and Leverkusen have agreed and finalised details on a loan move with an option to buy, set at approximately €30 million.
The publication added that the Rossoneris also reached an agreement with the player on Wednesday.
Boniface is expected to be scheduled for medicals at the club, with the agreements secured from all parties involved in the transfer deal.

Once the deal is confirmed, Boniface will be joining former Super Eagles teammate Samuel Chukwueze at the San Siro stadium.
He will be the fourth Eagles player to represent AC Milan, following the footsteps of Taribo West, Taiye Taiwo, Nnamdi Oduamadi and Chukwueze.
Boniface joined Leverkusen in July 2023 for €20.5 million. He scored 14 goals in 23 league matches in his first season, helping Leverkusen win the Bundesliga without losing a game.

The striker was also named the league’s Rookie of the Year award after winning the prize’s monthly equivalent on four separate occasions.
Last season, he played 19 games and scored eight goals after he was sidelined for more than two months with a thigh injury.
