Brazil coach names Neymar, Coutinho, Alves for Super Eagles friendly

Adenor Leonardo Bacchi, Brazil’s head coach commonly referred to as Tite, has listed players like Neymar, Dani Alves and Roberto Firmino as the likely players for the friendly match with Super Eagles.

The Eagles versus Brazil international friendly is billed to take place at the Singapore National Stadium at 5am Nigerian time on October 13.

Top on Tite’s killer squad for the friendly game includes Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus, Bayern Munich midfielder, Philippe Coutinho, Fabinho of Liverpool, Casemiro of Real Madrid and Barcelona’s Arthur.

Other big names listed by Tite are highly rated defenders Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Alex Sandro and Danillo.

It’ll be the first meeting between the five-time world champion and Gernot Rohr’s tutored side since 2003 when Selecao defeated Eagles 3-0 in a friendly at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.

Before the match against Nigeria, the 2019 Copa America holders will take on Senegal three days before the clash.
