Bello Rabiu, NNPC’s chief operating officer, upstream, represented the corporation’s group managing director (GMD) at the opening ceremony on Tuesday.
“I formally declare this 2019 OTC open. It is very important for me to show our appreciation to all the companies here present,” he said.
The NNPC COO said Nigeria’s consistent participation at the OTC is proof that the nation is keeping in step with technological advances, adding that one of the corporation’s major thrusts was to drive down the cost of crude oil production.
