M.D Nursery and Primary School, Lagos, has received the British Council International School Award in recognition of its “educational excellence”.

The international school award (ISA) is a “benchmarking scheme that accredits schools as having an outstanding level of support for nurturing global citizenship in young people and enriching teaching and learning”.

The award recognises and celebrates “exemplary practices of internationalism in schools”.

Extending felicitations on the receipt of the award, Olumide Akintunde, project officer, British Council, said it was an honour for M.D nursery and primary school to be recognised.
