The seaport is the gateway to any developed economy. It is a welcome development in the right direction, NIMASA should be design in such a way it endorse Intetertional Maritime Convention, academically, operations of seaport and also to be able to bring up programs to develop our inland water ways so to be able to develop our local ports.
