Bunmi Oni, one of Nigeria’s foremost and widely respected technocrats, has released a book entitled: “Path To Leadership”.
In a statement, the author said the 268-page book, available on Amazon, provides excellent insights on a broad range of issues on leadership and personal development.
“Leadership development demands conscious effort to build and nurture the character needed for effectiveness, through a painstaking experiential path often laced with unavoidable tests,” he said in a statement.
The statement said the book weaves a compelling narrative on why change initiatives may have a positive impact in an organisation and less so in another.
“The critical question of why two-thirds of all corporate acquisitions fail to live up to the acquiring company’s expectations is one of the many posers answered in Oni’s long awaited book,” he said.
“Tried and tested leadership always makes the difference, and people must buy into the leader before they can buy into his vision. The leader finds the vision and then looks for the people; the people find the leader and then look for the vision.”
The book is already available on US Amazon while Amazon UK will stock it later in July.
