Champions Pillars face Heartland in league opener
Champions, Kano Pillars, will travel to Owerri to face Heartland in the league opener.
The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) on Wednesday released first round fixtures of the 2014/2015 season and it sees the champions begin the race to win a fourth title in row with a trip to Owerri.
Runners-up Enyimba FC will tackle Akwa United of Uyo at the Enyimba international stadium.
El-Kanemi Warriors, who will still play their home matches in Kano as they did last season, host Nasarawa United FC.
Returnees Shooting Stars of Ibadan are away to fellow returnees Wikki Tourists in Bauchi while Sunshine Stars visit Sharks FC in Port Harcourt and Giwa FC are at home to Abia Warriors in Jos.
Week One games will be played on March 7 and 8, 2015.
