Chelsea grabbed a morale-boosting 2-0 win against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Kurt Zouma and Eden Hazard scored after the break to consign nine-man Arsenal to defeat in a fiery London derby.

The game erupted before the break when Diego Costa grabbed Laurent Koscielny’s face and body-slammed the defender to the turf.

As the tension rose, Costa goaded Arsenal defender Gabriel Paulista, who retaliated by flicking a kick at the Chelsea striker and then receiving the game’s first red card. But Costa stayed on the field despite his inflammatory actions.

Zouma headed Chelsea in front early in the second half, Santi Cazorla was dismissed for a late tackle on Cesc Fabregas and Hazard netted with a deflected shot.
