Agora Policy, an Abuja-based policy think-tank and non-profit, has immediate openings for the following positions:

1. Programme Manager
2. Data/Policy Analyst
3. Communication/M&E Officer
4. Research Assistant

Job Descriptions & Qualifications

Programme Manager: Successful candidate will coordinate programme development and implementation, liaise with various partners, and develop proposals. An advanced degree in social sciences or related disciplines, practical experience in non-profit operations, good research and communication skills are required.

Data/Policy Analyst: Successful candidate will undertake cutting-edge data and policy analysis and provide support to internal and external researchers. A good first degree in Economics or related fields, proficiency in analytical and visualisation tools and good communication skills are required.

Communication/M&E Officer:  Successful candidate will provide communication and M&E support to the operations of the organisation. A good first degree in communication or related fields, demonstrable creative flair, familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools, and effective oral and written communication skills are required.

Research Assistant: Successful candidate will provide research support in a range of areas. A good first degree, good research and analytical skills, and ability to quickly synthesize complex pieces of information are required.

In addition, successful candidates for all positions must be willing to learn, be eager to push themselves, and be ready to work on deadline and in a fast-paced environment.
