The UNGA is the main policy-making organ of the UN. The assembly meets in regular sessions from September to December each year, and thereafter as required.

This will be the 77th session of the UNGA. This year’s edition is tagged: “A watershed moment: transformative solutions to interlocking challenges”.

Like in previous sessions, world leaders would converge to deliver speeches, and discuss their administration’s priorities and challenges.
