David Adeleke, Nigerian musician popularly known as  Davido, will be the latest Pepsi ambassador.

The 23-year-old musician took to the social media to announce the new deal.

Although the deal has not been signed, Davido is already excited about it.

“NEW DEAL ALERT! NEW PEPSI DEAL SWEETER THAN !!! TWO YEARS WITH THE BEST!! THANK YOU LORD,” he wrote on  Instagram.

This is the second endorsement that Davido is getting this year, the first been the one with Sony Music Entertainment in  New York.

The Aye crooner signed a $1million deal with Sony Music Entertainment in January 2016.

The details of the deal have not been released but if signed, Davido will join the league of Nigerian artistes like Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, Hadiza Blell, known as Di’Ja to fans and Tiwa Savage who are already Pepsi ambassadors.

The Babcock university graduate took to his SnapChat account few days ago to announce that he is never saving.

The father of one, who is also popular for showing off his possessions, showed the construction site of his new house on social media today.

Davido complained about beggars flocking his residence and began the construction of his new residence without revealing the location.
