Davido ‘proud’ to become a graduate

Blossoming Nigerian singer and songwriter, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, is basking in euphoria of disengaging himself from the list of entertainers who did not attend higher institution.

He bagged a Bachelor of Arts (Second Class Upper degree) in music from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun state, on Sunday and took to Twitter to express his feelings over the feat.

“Money! Power! Respect! Congratulations to all my fellow graduands. It’s us to the world now,” he tweeted.

“I feel fulfilled, my family is happy.”

Meanwhile, reports of the artiste graduating with first class degree have been making the rounds on social media.

Ace comedian Basketmouth did not let the new pass him by, as he made something hilarious out of it.

“The news of Davido graduating with first class just gave me hope that I can become an Astronaut,” he wrote on Instagram.
