Sensational songster, Davido, has denied his rumoured romantic relationship with Adeolu Bamisile, daughter of a former Chief Judge of Ekiti State.

Not only did Omo Baba Olowo deny the relationship, he also dismissed claims that his hit song, Aye, was inspired by his relationship with Adeolu.

“A lot of things have been going on the social media, especially my relationship with one girl or the other, which I don’t believe is the best thing to be discussing right now,” he told R!

“But for the case of this session, I want to categorically state that I am not in any relationship with any girl that you might have read about. In fact, this is coming as news to me, because I don’t even know [that] something like that has been said about me.”

On the lady featured in Aye, he said: “The truth is that I wanted to feature the winner of the most beautiful girl in Nigeria beauty pageant in the video, but her manager said she would not be available for the shoot.

“So, I decided to use my make-up artiste, who eventually did well in the video. I am neither dating her nor other girls as I speak with you. Disregard any rumour linking me with any girl.”

The young entertainer maintained that his career is paramount at the moment, and he needs all the concentration he can muster.

“Thinking about any woman now will be a distraction,” he aid.

“I want to concentrate on my career for now. I know when the right time to talk about women or think about having a serious affair; God will lead me through.”

Davido broke into the music industry with his first Album, Omo Baba Olowo, in 2012, and has been dropping hits that have gone on to become party favorites, such as Back WhenGobe, Skelewu, Aye.
