Journalists ushered into INEC headquarters as pronouncement is about to be made

Journalists who were denied access into the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja have been ushered into a hall while Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the commission, is about to speak on the outcome of the emergency meeting.

Earlier Rotimi Oyekanmi, his chief press secretary, had said a decision had been taken on the elections and that Yakbu would be the one to brief Nigerians.
