Fedora Mylos, the fast-rising Nigerian singer, has come through with ‘Falling’, his first single of the year.

The R&B artiste announced the release of the three-minute track on Thursday.

“First song of the year. Love and let’s love,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

In the single, Mylos is desiring love from a perceived lover.

“Don’t you think this isn’t right / on everything we talked about / I don’t know why you’re hurting tonight/ but walking out on me is not what I deserve / I won’t know what to do if you keep shutting me out / if this is what you do, do better and that’s fine / but I won’t stop if you don’t stop / cause I feel alright whenever you call my name,” he sings.

Fedora, whose real name is Afonja Abiola, released his debut extended play (EP) titled ‘CZAR’ in 2020.

The six-track EP featured Blackbonez, the Chocolate City rapper, and Jaido P, the indigenous rapper.

Fedora studied International Relations at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). He graduated with honours in 2018 and has since then delved into music and production.

In 2022, through a Lagos state scholarship, the budding singer attended and graduated from the Ebony Life Academy where he studied sound production.
