The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) says it has concluded plans to organise an on-the-spot complaint resolution for consumers.

Emeka Ezeh, the group head of corporate communications of the company, spoke to journalists in Enugu on Wednesday.

He said the exercise, which will commence with electricity consumers in Abakaliki and Afikpo districts of Ebonyi, is part of the company’s initiative to resolve consumers’ billing-related concerns.

Ezeh said the initiative would enhance customers’ experience.
