The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) have waded into the dispute between Coach Sunday Oliseh and Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama.

Oliseh had sent Enyeama out of the team’s camp in Belgium on Tuesday, but Amaju Pinnick, president of the NFF said the decision had been reversed.

“When I heard of the situation, I called Coach Sunday Oliseh and he confirmed he told Vincent to leave the team hotel but the matter has been resolved and Enyeama will stay in camp,” he told Channels Television.

Online football website Goal.com had earlier reported how  the highest capped player in Nigerian football fell out with the technical crew and had to be expelled from the camp.

The Lille of France keeper was said to have arrived camp after Monday’s deadline, having been permitted to report late following Saturday’s burial of his mother in Akwa Ibom state.

Officials in the Super Eagles camp at the Verviers Hotel also informed Goal that Ahmed Musa has now been named as captain ahead of John Obi Mikel.

Nigeria will meet Congo DR on Thursday and Cameroon on Sunday.
