Odion Ighalo scored the winner for Watford but Victor Moses walked off injured in West Ham’s goalless draw at Manchester United in the latest round of English premier league matches.

“We have to wait for a scan but it doesn’t look good,” Slaven Bilic, the West Ham manager, said after the match.

“It’s not like cramp. I don’t know if it’s three, four, five or six weeks. It is painful to be without Dimi Payet, Enner Valencia, Diafra Sakho, Manuel Lanzini and now Victor Moses.

“It’s almost impossible to replace them. But we replaced them today and this point was well deserved. As it was done without those players, it makes it even bigger.”

How did other Nigerians fare?

Odion Ighalo (Watford): The Super Eagles striker was on song again for his club after scoring in the 91st minute to seal a 2-1 win against Norwich. He has now scored nine goals in 15 appearances to help the team move 9th position on the table with 22 points.

Kelechi Iheanacho (Man City): Got a number of chances though but couldn’t inspire his team who lost 2-0 to Stoke City on Saturday as Manchester City push to maintain the lead at the top of the EPL table.

Mikel Obi (Chelsea FC): Yet another absence for him on match day 15, watching the tie against Bournemouth from the bench as his team lost the fourth home game of the season.
