The Enugu State Barber’s Association (ESBA) has offered free hair cut to Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, governor of the state, to commemorate its annual festival.

In a poster circulating on social media on Sunday, the association said other cabinet members and all political leaders in the state will also benefit from the free hair cut.

The association stated that the clipper festival for the year will hold on December 1 at the government house in Enugu, the state capital.

Madus Mathias, the chairman of the association, asked the barbers to observe COVID-19 protocol by coming with their face masks.

He added that the association will also use the opportunity to brief the governor of the challenges its members are facing as more youths are trooping into the business.

“This is in preparation to the forthcoming Clipper Festival 2020, an event that aims to celebrate the impacts of the barbers in our society,” the poster read.
