Forex Time launches social media competition

International forex broker, Forex Time (FXTM), has launched a competition on social media to celebrate the company’s rapid expansion to new markets by showcasing the international reach of the company’s clients.

As part of the competition, entrants are to submit a photo of themselves holding up a sign with the words “It’s Time” in front of a local landmark, building, sign or place of interest that represents their location and culture.

Olga Rybalkina (pictured), the chief executive officer of Forex Time, disclosed that the competition will run until August 29, 2014, and the winner of the competition will be chosen based on the photo that has the most likes. The winner will receive a professional camera worth €500.

“It has been our strategy since the very beginning to expand rapidly to different international markets, as I truly believe global expansion is the key to being competitive in business,” Rybalkina said.

“This new competition is a great way to say thank you to all our clients from all over the world, and it gives us a chance to meet them and understand a little more about their local culture.

“Our clients’ needs act as our compass, our map. They lie at the centre of everything we do and guide us in each decision we make. We believe this competition is a valuable opportunity to showcase the fact that wherever our clients are in the world, whatever language they speak, and regardless of their level of forex trading experience, we value each and every one of them.”

To participate in the Forex Time competition, entrants must first like the Forex Time Facebook page and then submit a photo via the special competition app. For anyone without a Facebook profile, they can also submit their photographic entry by email at [email protected].
