President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed 19 heads of some government agencies.
The announcement was contained in a statement by Olusegun Adekunle, permanent secretary (general services office), office of the secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), on Friday.
Adekunle quoted Buhari as urging the new appointees to see their appointments as a call to national service.
He said the president urged them to carry out their responsibilities with uprightness, diligence and prompt response to the yearnings of the public.
The permanent secretary said Buhari also charged the appointees to bring their wealth of experience to the job.
