Nigeria’s U-17 side, the Golden Eaglets, relocated to Katsina from Abuja on Saturday for their closed-camping ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.

The team’s coach, Emmanuel Amuneke led a team of 35 players and eight officials to the north western state. But before departure, he thanked the management and staff of Serob Legacy Hotel for their hospitality.

“We want to thank you all for making our stay here pleasurable,” Amuneke said.

“But we have to leave now for Katsina to continue our preparation.

“By the Grace of God, we would meet again and have cause to celebrate what God is going to do for us.”

In Chile, the Golden Eaglets would be accommodated at Doubletree by Hilton for the first game against USA, Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Centre in Vina del Mar for the match against Chile and at Coquimbo Hotel De La Hahia for the match against Croatia.
