The Asiwaju Mandate Group (AMG) says the allegation of infidelity levelled against Seyi Tinubu, the president’s son, is inconsistent with his personality.

Serah Tukurah, AMG national coordinator, in a statement on Saturday, described the allegation as “jaundiced, deceitful, and baseless”.

The group said Seyi was accused by one Jackson Ude of having an affair with Elizabeth Jack-Rich, wife of Tein Jack-Rich, a former presidential aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).

The group said the allegations are unfounded and “destined for the dustbin of human memory”.

“We debunk this wicked allegation against Seyi Tinubu because it is most inconsistent with his personality, who as a fervent Christian is faithful to his family and all obligations at his disposal and would never be involved with the shenanigans projected by Jackson Ude,” the group said.

“Seyi Tinubu’s humble personality, calm, productive and kind mien has obviously rattled the camp of traducers within and without intimidated by the rising profile of this young Nigerian whose love for people, especially the youth has jolted these enemies of the state.”

The family of Jack-Rich has asked the public to disregard reports accusing the latter’s wife of infidelity.
