Iheanacho hungry for ‘more’ after scoring first EPL goal for Leicester

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is looking forward to scoring more English Premier League goals for Leicester City.

He got his first EPL goal for the club in a 4-1 win over West Brom on Saturday.

Iheanacho came on for Shinji Okazaki in the 60th minute. He also provided an assist for Riyad Mahrez to score Leicester’s second goal of the game that ended 4-1.

Iheanacho last scored a league goal against Hull City for Manchester City on December 26, 2016.

“It’s was a good game, we worked hard and it was a brilliant performance from the team,” Iheanacho told LCFC TV.

“I waited so long for this goal and I’m happy I scored. I look forward to more goals in the next games.”
