- Report Incidents – Flag unsafe conditions immediately and follow emergency protocols.
Through this framework, EastWind is equipping its workforce to see safety not as a rule but as a habit. Since July, the company has expanded its internal training programs, including scenario-based safety drills, simulator sessions, and periodic refreshers for flight crews and ground staff.
