He said the reposition plan is encapsulated in the agency’s CHLEEAN community project.

The CHLEEAN community project by NOA is a citizens-based plan focused on addressing crime, hygiene and health, lawlessness, environment, education, abuse and narcotics.

Commenting on the UNICEF partnership, the NOA DG said “every organisation reserves the right to review its operation to meet with new realities,  especially in an environment of evolving technology”.

He added that “review meetings are required from time to time to assess strategies and adopt new methods for implementing the projects”.
