Arsenal got off to a great start at the Emirates with a 4-1 win against Crystal Palace as they prepare for life without Alexis Sanchez.

Arsene Wenger’s men made a statement in the first half with four goals in the opening 22 minutes.

Nacho Monreal got Arsenal in front with a close-range header in the 6th minute. The Frenchman teed up Super Eagles forward, Alex Iwobi, who tapped in Arsenal’s second goal.

Laurent Koscielny extended the Gunners’ lead in the 13th minute while Alexandre Lacazette ended his goal drought with his side’s fourth goal in the 22nd minute, firing through the hands of Wayne Hennessey.
