Aruna Quadri wins Nigeria Open

Aruna Quadri has won the men’s singles final of the ITTF Challenge Nigeria Open.

Nigeria’s table tennis superstar defeated Frenchman Hachard Antoine after six tightly contested sets.

He’s the first Nigerian to win the tournament in its fifth year.

The world number 18 qualified for the final after defeating Thailand’s Wisutmaythangkoon Supanut 11-9, 14-12, 11-9, 11-8 in the semi-final.
