‘Justice has prevailed’, ‘FG scored own goal with his arrest’… reactions to Nnamdi Kanu’s bail
A federal high court in Abuja granted bail to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Tuesday.
Kanu has been in detention since operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) arrested him in Lagos in 2015.
Binta Nyako, the judge who freed Kanu, based her action on his health condition.
However, she threatened to revoke his bail if he did not comply with the directives of not speaking with journalists or attending rallies.
Here are some Twitter reactions to Kanu’s release:

LOL. Why are people hysteric about Nnamdi Kanu's bail.
The question should be whether he won't be rearrested again.— The Son of Man (@olufemisp) April 25, 2017

Nnamdi Kanu is still very much a Nigerian. Why are conditions for his bail stringent?
