Juventus drew 0-0 at Roma to secure the Serie A title this season ahead of determined and second placed Napoli.

Juventus, needing to get at least a point or have Napoli lose at Sampdoria, battled to a goalless draw against 10-man Roma, while Napoli won 2-0 at Sampdoria to try and take the title tussle into the final week.

Roma’s Radja Nainggolan saw red in the 68th minute, but the capital outfit held firm against the Champions, who secured their 34th League title.

The draw means Juventus have 92 points while Mauricio Sarri’s Napoli have 88 points, and the Champions enjoying an unassailable four-point lead with one game left to play in the season.

Adding Wednesday’s Copa Italia Cup win, coach Massimiliano Allegri has secured Juve’s fourth consecutive domestic double since he took over the reigns at the Turin-based club in 2014.

This season’s title win means dominant Juventus have secured a seventh consecutive Serie A league title.
