Kano Pillars forward, Ubong Ekpai, has declared that the league champions will maintain their home invincibility when they host Shooting Stars in a Glo Premier League Week 23 match on Sunday.
Pillars are unbeaten after three matches under new coach Mohammed Baba Ganaru and are now seven points adrift of league leaders Enyimba.
With seven points from a possible nine, Pillars have sprung an impressive form since the break. But their opponents are not doing badly either.
The Oluyole Warriors are in bullish mood following their 3-1 win at Heartland on Monday.

Despite Shooting’s current form, Ekpai expects a win for Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
“It is going to be a tough game against Shooting Stars no doubt,” he told AfricanFootball.com.
“They have been in good form, the fact that they beat Heartland 3-1 away is a massive boost to their morale but we are on the high here too.

“We are ready for them and I am sure we will come out with the three points at stake in the game.”
